Fortunately, there are a few things\nyou can do to make your morning a little more bearable and get you through the\nday feeling happy and energised.<\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Breakfast\nis called the most important meal of the day for a reason. A healthy one will\nfuel you for the trials ahead, filling you with energy. Go for carbs and\nprotein so that you get an immediate boost, with some gradual energy released\nto keep you trucking through to lunch. Sleeping dehydrates you, so you\u2019ll need\nwater to refresh and restore you. Add a little lemon to give it an extra kick.<\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pray<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even\nif you don\u2019t have time for a visit to a Phuket spa first thing in the morning,\nyou can usually find a couple of minutes to clear your mind before it gets\ncluttered up by a busy day. It\u2019s not really \u201cpraying\u201d, but meditating for two\nminutes in the morning by sitting somewhere comfortable and focussing on your\nbreathing will help focus your mind and relieve stress. If you\u2019ve never\nmeditated before, look up some guided meditation videos online. Ideally, you\nshouldn\u2019t even look at it until you\u2019re on your way out the door. It\u2019ll only\ndistract and distress you and make it much harder to meditate.<\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Love<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Giving yourself a little love (no, not like that!) in the morning will help to put a smile on your face that can last you through the day &#8211; certainly until you get to a Phuket spa. Write down a few things that you\u2019re grateful for. It doesn\u2019t have to be profound &#8211; you can be grateful for the tasty breakfast you just had, or for the comfy sheets you just slept in. It\u2019s just about practising being positive instead of negative.
